Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in deren operativen und strategischen Aufgaben im Bereich Finanzen, Personal-, Projektmanagement und Organisation.

Required Skills

Deine Aufgaben:

Vor- und Nachbereitung, sowie Teilnahme an sämtlichen Sitzungen
Übernahme der administrativen Aufgaben (u.a. Koordination von Terminen, Koordination von Reisen, Reisekostenabrechnung)
Administrative sowie bei Bedarf inhaltliche Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Anfragen, Aufgaben und Entwicklungen
Eigenständige Koordination von Projekten
Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen und Dokumenten

Dein Profil:

Du hast eine persönliche Beziehung mit Jesus und identifizierst dich mit den Werten und der Vision von OM Deutschland
Kontaktfreudige und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Auffassungsgabe und Sozialkompetenz
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und selbstständiges Arbeiten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du bist bereit, einen Freundeskreis zur teilweisen Finanzierung der Lohnkosten aufzubauen
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich; mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
