Partnership Overview

We are looking for a the right person to provide application support to the organisation's critical tools and develop software for internal process automation.

Required Skills

Core Activities:

  1. Application Support

Maintaining and support software that are developed in house and supplied by vendors in order to ensure Ecommerce, HR system, CRM and other applications are up to date, to prevent security breaches and users operate these systems correctly and efficiently.

  1. Help Desk

To respond to daily help desk requests and deliver solutions in order to assist the various users of applications within the organisation.

  1. Application Development Develop tools for internal process automation, enhance capabilities of existing tools and other projects approved by the ICT Operations Manager to ensure a stable and reliable ICT platform is provided for OM Ships and end-users.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of programming experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skill

Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Full stack development

Technical Competencies:

  • Advanced programming and scripting skills
  • Data structure and algorithms knowledge
  • Experience of using Source and version control using Git or GitHub
  • Agile, Waterfall SDLC and Project management knowledge
