Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtleitung des Rechnungswesens und Ausbau des internen Controllings
  • Verantwortung für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams, einschließlich der Förderung von individuellen Stärken und der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Koordinierung der Jahresabschlussarbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Steuerberater
  • Koordinierung und Erstellung von Budgets und der Berichterstattung
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung sowie weitere Ansprechpartner

Dein Profil:

  • Eine persönliche Beziehung mit Jesus und eine Identifikation mit den Werten und der Vision von OM Deutschland
  • Bereitschaft zum Aufbau eines Freundeskreises zur teilweisen Finanzierung der Lohnkosten
  • Erfolgreiche Ausbildung oder Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Non-Profit-Sektor
  • Erfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Potenzial in der Führung und Anleitung von Teams sowie ein der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in Theologie
