Partnership Overview

We are currently seeking a unique and experienced individual to join our team as a member care person for the Caucasus field.

Required Skills

As a member care person, you will be responsible for walking alongside national and international staff, providing emotional, spiritual, and practical support, and helping them maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. This includes a focus on a prayerful lifestyle, and providing support in other giftings if there is extra time on their hands.

Key Responsibilities include: ● Walking alongside national and international staff and providing emotional, spiritual, and practical support. ● Helping team members maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. ● Fostering a culture of prayer within the team. ● Providing support in other giftings if there is extra time on their hands. ● Traveling to Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey as needed. ● Learning the local language to better care for national staff. ● The ideal candidate will have a heart for people, a desire to serve, and the ability to walk alongside people in a supportive and caring manner. The minimum commitment required for this role is 2 years and proficiency in the local language is required.
